- No more than 2 people are allowed per reservation.
- You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
- You may have visitors, but no parties.
- No Pets
- No loud music in the courtyard after midnight.
- Smoking allowed outside on the balcony or courtyard only.
- No glass around the pool.
- $75 late check out fee
cancellation policy
- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking.
- Full refund including security deposit is allowed until 60 days before your reservation. After that, any cancellation will forfeit your security deposit. Full refund of the rental cost and cleaning fee is allowed for cancellations made between 30-60 days before check in. 50% Refund for cancellations within 7-30 days of check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 1 week of check in.
* Hurricane Policy: Full refund provided for cancellations due to a hurricane if New Orleans is within the path of the storm (aka “cone of uncertainty”) within 5 days of landfall.
* Please be keep in mind that you are traveling at your own risk during a pandemic and you will not be compensated or refunded for any impact on your stay by COVID-19.
* Maison Treme can accommodate very small private ceremonies and/or serve as a venue for your wedding photos. Please inquire for rates and details.
