The main house was built in 1833, but the pool house was just completed in the Spring of 2019. It was designed to replace the original structure which burned down decades ago. The pool house is 2 stories with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, living room and full kitchen downstairs. There is a cozy bedroom balcony space overlooking the quaint courtyard where you can sit with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and listen to the musical sounds of the city streaming in.
